1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items

Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process

Our support team will verify your request and share a return shipping label or instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to your bank/UPI account.

Shipping or COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or phone.
Once shipped, the order can only be returned as per the above policy.
